The Kingfisher Suite and Robins Nest are approached by an external stairway at the rear to the second floor hallway. Woodpeckers Cottage is detached and sits peacefully at the top of the garden, backing onto open fields. Jenny Wrens Cottage is conveniently all on one level close to the car parking area to the side of the main house.

The surrounding garden and grounds include a suntrap patio, barbeque area and heated covered pool, available all year.
